Prepare and revise detailed HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, and electrical drawings and Revit models from redline markups. Apply company CAD standards, review work for accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with engineers on project coordination. Provide administrative project support, including organizing, printing, scanning, emailing, and shipping project documents. Manage multiple deadlines and work additional hours when needed.

Design electrical power and lighting systems for institutional, retail, and commercial buildings. Prepare engineering calculations, schematics, construction documents, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate with architects, clients, vendors, contractors, officials, and other consultants throughout design and construction. Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits and observations, and meet project schedules and budgets.

Design datacom and low-voltage systems (structured cabling, networks, VoIP, A/V, CATV, surveillance, access control, DAS). Produce calculations, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration; coordinate with architects, owners, contractors; perform site assessments and national travel for visits; meet schedules and budgets; stay current on IT trends.
