Manage Thornton Tomasetti’s firmwide Communities of Practice program across technical and business topics. Responsibilities include developing governance, supporting community leaders, increasing participation, coordinating communications, curating knowledge, administering budgets, managing collaboration platforms, tracking program health, and reporting impact. The role requires facilitating cross-functional communities, translating expert knowledge into reusable content, coordinating events and initiatives, and improving the operating model through data and feedback.

Provides office administration and project support for the Romsey office and Protective Design & Security practice. Responsibilities include coordinating facilities, supplies, visitors, meetings, events, records, invoices, expenses, project documentation, domestic and international travel, and security administration. The role requires discretion when handling confidential information, strong organization, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provide specialist thermofluids and CFD engineering across energy, infrastructure and defense projects. Lead teams and projects, develop business opportunities, interface with clients, present results, prepare proposals, and design or improve engineering systems throughout their lifecycle.
