Supports trade desk operations and settlement oversight for separately managed accounts. Responsibilities include account and broker setup, maintaining settlement instructions, resolving unmatched or failed trades, operating trade optimization and order management systems, monitoring matching and SWIFT activity, coordinating with brokers and custodians, processing trade files, and producing operational reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of securities markets and trade lifecycles, clear communication, and flexibility for occasional shift rotations.

Provide legal support for non-40 Act registered products, international distribution, private funds, institutional client agreements, vendor contracts and NDAs, and regulatory examinations; assist General Counsel and Head of Regulatory on legal projects.

Partner with wholesalers to execute targeted, data-driven digital and outbound campaigns to engage financial advisors, manage advisor relationships and sales cycles, track activities in SFDC, and drive territory growth for Thornburg investment products.
