Lead and scale a predictable Scrum cadence for the Lisbon hub across backend, frontend, AI, QA, and DevOps. Set up Jira and Forecast reporting, coach local leads to run ceremonies independently, reduce scope slippage and blockers, integrate cross-site delivery, and deliver quarterly Agile maturity assessments to the COO.
