Build and maintain ETL programs, data pipelines, entity-resolution solutions, enterprise databases, and data models for Federal Law Enforcement investigations. Develop complex SQL queries, tune database performance, integrate disparate data sources, and deliver actionable results. Collaborate directly with government customers, follow SDLC and version-control practices, handle sensitive data, and support software development, R&D, and proof-of-concept initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role in Burlington, Vermont, requiring U.S. citizenship and eligibility for government clearance or suitability determination.

Provides third-line engineering and support for Microsoft 365, Copilot, identity, endpoint management, and AI productivity tools. Resolves complex cross-service incidents, performs root-cause analysis, and delivers permanent fixes. Builds automation with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform, while developing AI-enabled self-service capabilities. Partners across endpoint and identity teams, improves tool adoption and reliability, documents solutions, and guides support teams and internal users.

Leads the design and development of cloud-native platforms supporting generative AI agents. Responsibilities include building backend services, developer enablement tools, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and multi-cloud infrastructure, platform security, observability, DORA metrics, and production engineering practices. The role requires mentoring, architectural leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in cloud-native systems, networking, infrastructure as code, and systems programming.
