Build and maintain automated test systems for regression, performance, load, and API testing. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, develop synthetic test data, collaborate with platform and application teams, and improve system stability across SaaS/PaaS technologies using modern DevOps practices.

Provide legal subject-matter expertise to create, edit, and maintain legal know‑how content (practice notes, checklists, templates, drafting notes, legal updates); respond to external subscriber inquiries; meet with customers and industry experts to inform and validate content; keep current on practice-area developments; and leverage generative AI and other tools to enhance productivity and content quality.
