Leads Reuters’ global audience strategy across SEO, newsletters, social media, community engagement, and audience insights. Partners with newsroom, product, visuals, video, audio, and commercial teams to shape digital coverage and strengthen reader relationships. Manages and develops a global team while using data to guide editorial decisions, audience growth, engagement, subscriptions, and platform innovation.

Coordinates enterprise cyber incident response across technical and business stakeholders. Facilitates incident bridges, tracks decisions and remediation, maintains incident records, prepares executive communications, leads post-incident reviews and tabletop exercises, and improves incident management processes. Requires participation in a 24x7 escalation rotation, including occasional off-hours and weekend support.
