Leads business development and sales growth across aerospace, defense, UAS/UAV, and Advanced Air Mobility markets. Identifies prospects, manages the full sales cycle, develops customer relationships, prepares proposals and forecasts, and sells engineered polymer components and custom solutions. Partners with Engineering on applications and product development, conducts market research, develops strategic partnerships, and represents the company at industry events. Requires extensive domestic and international travel, approximately 40–60% of the time.

Prepares engineering drawings, CAD parts, and assemblies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to support applications engineering. Designs manufacturable, cost-effective solutions, coordinates with manufacturing, performs basic calculations, and quality-checks junior designers’ work. Requires blueprint interpretation, SolidWorks PDM expertise, problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. The role is primarily office-based with occasional visits to shipyards or industrial facilities.

Processes accounts payable invoices, supplier payments, cheque runs, EFTs, wire transfers, expense reports, travel advances, cash management, and bank reconciliations. Supports accounts receivable collections, government payments, quarterly reporting, year-end calculations, and audit documentation. Provides backup reception coverage and maintains accurate financial records across Canadian and U.S. divisions.
