Lead, hire, train, and coach outside and inside sales teams; manage P&L for sales department; sell to prospects and current customers; build industry partnerships; align sales with operations; ensure team performance and compliance with safety standards.

Develop new business and generate leads within an assigned territory through cold calling, in-person sales calls, and prospecting. Use CRM to document activity, meet pipeline standards, support marketing initiatives, and consistently install new business. Maintain required driving credentials and pass background/drug checks.
