Communicates with customers to collect current and past-due balances, assesses accounts, identifies discrepancies, handles payment and invoice inquiries, escalates issues, and supports receipt-related requests. The role requires accurate record handling, strong communication, organization, computer proficiency, and extended desk and phone work.

Manages relationships with key accounts to retain business, identify sales-growth opportunities, and increase customer revenue. Develops account growth strategies, conducts client outreach and onsite meetings, aligns products and services with customer needs, resolves concerns, and collaborates with internal teams to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Develops new business within an assigned territory through cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, in-person sales calls, and phone outreach. Uses CRM technology to document activities, track results, and maintain pipeline standards. Builds prospect relationships, schedules appointments, closes business, installs new accounts, supports marketing initiatives, and applies sales best practices. Requires territory travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.
