Manages new product introduction from design release through production launch. Owns project timelines, phase gates, engineering change coordination, drawings, BOMs, ERP product data, sourcing, supplier readiness, and manufacturing documentation. Coordinates Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure production readiness. Supports product improvement initiatives, risk escalation, make-or-buy analysis, and creation of work instructions, travelers, FMEAs, tolerance analyses, and product test reports.

Develops and sustains efficient manufacturing processes for durable safety equipment. Responsibilities include PFMEA, process validation, capability studies, line balancing, lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, tooling and machine design, NPI readiness, production documentation, ERP routing, and continuous improvement. The role supports production teams, leads process qualification and training, manages tooling projects, and serves as the technical liaison between R&D and manufacturing.

Leads machining and fabrication operations across multiple shifts, overseeing production scheduling, safety, quality, delivery, cost control, equipment maintenance, staffing, and performance management. Drives lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, KPI reporting, ISO 9001 and QMS compliance, and cross-functional problem solving. Manages hiring, training, budgets, employee performance, and operational execution while partnering with Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, and executive leadership.
