Lead and mentor the litigation team, oversee personal injury cases from preparation through settlement or trial, advocate for clients, and collaborate with firm leadership on litigation strategy and department growth. The role requires strong legal expertise, leadership, communication, organization, and extensive personal injury litigation experience.

Supports attorneys in complex commercial trucking and general negligence litigation. Leads drafting of petitions, motions, and legal documents; oversees discovery; communicates with clients; maintains electronic case files; manages multiple matters through trial and resolution; and mentors junior paralegals and support staff. The role requires extensive litigation experience, strong organizational and communication skills, federal court filing expertise, and availability beyond standard hours for trial cases.

Manage and coordinate medical treatment for personal injury clients throughout their cases. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, providers, attorneys, adjusters, and insurers, obtaining medical information, reviewing records and bills, maintaining case files, conducting legal research, tracking treatment progress, and providing professional client service while protecting confidentiality.
