Manage front desk operations, greet clients and vendors, handle inquiries, maintain phone and correspondence, operate office equipment, use Microsoft Office, and prioritize multitasking in a fast-paced environment while providing professional customer service.

Manage upkeep, readiness, and security of company-owned residences: perform inspections, coordinate repairs and vendors, maintain supplies and records, and prepare properties for guests. Provide executive support including safe local transportation, errands, vehicle upkeep, and confidential logistical assistance. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, supervise household services, and operate within budgets.
