Manage HRIS tasks, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, audits, reporting, exit interviews, and support HR Manager. Develop HR solutions, maintain confidentiality, and perform other HR-related duties.

Provide on-site IT support across five Houston offices: install/configure hardware, OS and applications; monitor and maintain systems and networks; troubleshoot and repair hardware/software faults; set up user accounts; replace parts; prioritize multiple tasks.

Greet clients, maintain log for hand-delivered packages, transfer phone calls to attorneys, paralegals and staff, and perform other clerical duties. Provide professional phone and front-desk service and be available for holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
