Requires AAT Level 3 or equivalent, prior purchase ledger experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a current UK driving licence.

The role coordinates with service reception, supervisors, technicians, and the business manager; addresses delayed or complex jobs; maintains compliance with Volvo service processes, health and safety standards, VOSA requirements, MOT guidance, and operator licensing regulations.
