Provides home- and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or risks. Conducts assessments, develops and monitors Individual Family Service Plans, delivers individualized and group interventions, coaches parents, coordinates services, documents progress, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Requires bilingual or multilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole communication and culturally responsive family engagement.

Provides administrative and office support for an early intervention program serving children from birth to age three and their families. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing referrals, scheduling assessments, maintaining calendars and client databases, managing records and communications, coordinating transportation, supporting group activities, and maintaining office supplies and organization. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
