Teams at Thom Child and Family Services

Provide home- and community-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers (0-3) with or at risk for developmental delays. Conduct assessments, develop and implement IFSP goals, document progress, coordinate services, facilitate parent-child interactions, and support families with culturally responsive, individualized care. Participate in multidisciplinary teams and provide case coordination and documentation.

Support center- and community-based early intervention groups by greeting families, assisting with transitions and activities, implementing IFSP strategies, maintaining supplies and cleanliness, and promoting a safe, therapeutic environment. Communicate with team members and parents and help with logistics like snacks, transportation routines, and bulletin boards.

Provide home- and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers (0-3). Assess development, develop and implement IFSPs, deliver individual and group interventions, coordinate services, document progress, and support and coach families. Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese required.
