Seasonal Operations Manager overseeing nightly event operations from build to strike. Supervise departments (parking, ticketing, retail, custodial, guest services, security), manage staffing, timecards, SOPs, vendor coordination, crowd control, safety protocols, and quality control to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality guest experiences.

Seasonal makeup artist creates special effects character looks using prosthetics, airbrushing, and hand-painting. Works quickly under tight pre-show windows, manages multiple actors and touch-ups, maintains sanitized station and inventory, collaborates with costume and performance teams, and participates in pre-season training. Must work evenings/weekends during the season.

Perform as a seasonal actor in immersive Halloween attractions, fully embodying assigned characters, improvising with guests, delivering timed scares, integrating props and effects, following safety and costume protocols, and collaborating with cast and crew to maintain immersive, high-energy guest experiences.
