Own full-cycle recruitment for therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists across multiple states. Develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, and complete background checks, references, and credentialing. Partner with clinical leadership and the COO, track recruiting metrics, monitor licensing and market trends, maintain ATS records, and create recruitment materials. The role requires healthcare recruiting experience and knowledge of mental health licensure and credentialing.

Own the operational infrastructure for a multi-state virtual behavioral healthcare company. Lead credentialing, payer enrollment, provider operations, revenue cycle, compliance readiness, state launches, systems, SOPs, automation, vendors, staffing, reporting, and budgeting. Manage teams and partners while personally resolving operational issues, improving workflows, and building scalable systems for Medicaid and commercial insurance operations.

Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid clients, conduct mental health assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and support clients in achieving goals. Clinicians manage flexible caseloads while receiving administrative, referral, credentialing, and supervision support. The role requires maintaining confidential virtual sessions from a HIPAA-compliant home office and accruing supervised hours toward full licensure.
