Administer and improve the HaloITSM CMDB, including configuration items, relationships, service mappings, governance, audits, data quality, reporting, and asset lifecycle management. Lead Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives, support ITSM workflows, integrations, automation, APIs, platform updates, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, endpoint, application, and service desk teams to improve service visibility, configuration accuracy, and IT service management processes.

Administer and engineer Windows and Linux server environments, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, VMware, Exchange, storage, backup, cloud, and infrastructure applications. Support networking, security, compliance audits, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and 24/7 on-call operations. Collaborate across IT teams to improve system performance and reliability.
