Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, analytical datasets, SQL queries, ETL processes, and data warehouse solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize reporting requests, ensure data accuracy and governance, improve analytics maturity, and enable self-service reporting. Support data integration across banking systems while communicating complex analytics concepts clearly and managing multiple requests.

Administer and engineer Windows and Linux server environments, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, VMware, Exchange, storage, backup, cloud, and infrastructure applications. Support networking, security, compliance audits, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and 24/7 on-call operations. Collaborate across IT teams to improve system performance and reliability.

Administer and improve the HaloITSM CMDB, including configuration items, relationships, service mappings, governance, audits, data quality, reporting, and asset lifecycle management. Lead Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives, support ITSM workflows, integrations, automation, APIs, platform updates, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, endpoint, application, and service desk teams to improve service visibility, configuration accuracy, and IT service management processes.
