Provides strategic and technical leadership for integrated data architecture, performance dashboards, data governance, analytics, verification tools, and data quality processes in Uganda. Translates program requirements into system and analytical specifications, integrates government data sources, identifies risks through data triangulation, and supervises information systems, monitoring and evaluation, and analytics managers. The role also supports government engagement, institutional ownership, proposal development, stakeholder relations, and team growth.

Leads public financial management data analysis, fund-flow and expenditure reconciliation, fiduciary risk assessment, and verification support in Uganda. Produces dashboards, exception reports, risk flags, and evidence summaries from financial, HRIS, and administrative data. Supervises and trains analysts and verification teams, coordinates with government and project stakeholders, maintains audit trails, and identifies issues requiring targeted field verification.

Leads Uganda’s nationwide vaccine Last-Mile Distribution rollout, including strategy adaptation, distribution-point mapping, route optimization, district training, implementation monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Supervises technical and district teams, oversees project deliverables, and serves as ThinkWell’s senior in-country representative to Uganda’s Ministry of Health, UNEPI, Gavi, and implementation partners.
