As a designer at Thinkingbox, you will create brand identities, digital campaigns, social assets, and collaborate with motion teams while iterating quickly based on feedback.

Lead and maintain Thinkingbox's Apple device ecosystem and cross-platform IT environment. Manage device lifecycle, MDM, identity/SSO, endpoint security, Windows and Linux support, scripting/automation, networking, cloud assistance, AV/studio setups, asset management, and documentation. Proactively improve processes, automate workflows, and support Toronto studio with hands-on operational leadership.

Develop and execute quarterly social media campaigns and content plans that align with client goals. Lead community management, write and edit social copy, build content calendars, measure performance, collaborate with creative, media, analytics, and influencer teams, and act as primary client contact while mentoring junior staff.
