Supports the CEO through business planning, KPI governance, executive reporting, board and investor readiness, and cross-functional execution. Maintains initiative trackers, consolidates departmental metrics, manages risk registers, coordinates executive meetings, and delivers strategic analysis on pricing, market benchmarking, and M&A. The role also coordinates external legal, insurance, intellectual property, and audit advisors while ensuring commitments and operational priorities remain on track.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture and design discussions, coding, testing, deployment, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and improving existing software. The role requires collaboration with team members, attention to application quality and reliability, and staying current with web development technologies and practices.

Optimize and manage 3D motorcycle models for a web-based configurator. Responsibilities include geometry and mesh optimization, materials and texture preparation, UV mapping, GLB/glTF exports, component and color variant management, and troubleshooting model alignment and rendering issues. Collaborate with developers to ensure assets function correctly in Three.js. Basic Python scripting and Octane Renderer experience are preferred. This is a three-month renewable contract role.
