The role gathers frontline insights, improves customer experience and business performance, develops scalable operating and training systems, and works cross-functionally in a fast-changing education startup. It is designed for early-career candidates seeking broad exposure and future leadership opportunities.

Provide personalized one-on-one math instruction to K-8 students, assess understanding, adapt lessons, track progress, and communicate with parents. Tutors foster confidence, critical thinking, problem-solving, and foundational math skills in a supportive environment. The part-time schedule is 6–12 hours weekly, typically 2–4 hours per day across three days, with weekend availability preferred.
