Provides personalized one-on-one math tutoring to K–8 students, explains concepts clearly, encourages problem-solving, tracks progress, and builds students’ confidence. Tutors create a positive learning environment and develop relationships with students and families. The employer provides curriculum, materials, and training. The part-time role requires 2–4 shifts weekly, with Saturday availability preferred, and offers opportunities for advancement to lead tutor and management positions.

Supports growth, product initiatives, recruiting and talent systems, regional operations, market expansion, and new learning-center launches. The role gathers frontline insights, improves customer experience and business performance, develops scalable operating and training systems, and works cross-functionally in a fast-changing education startup.
