Perform high-quality CT imaging: prepare suite and contrast, obtain clinical history and document in EHR, perform scans per orders and protocols, start IVs/administer contrast, produce diagnostic images, ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance, and provide professional patient-centered care.

Performs diagnostic sonograms using established protocols, prepares equipment and supplies, documents clinical history in the EHR, provides patient care and education, and ensures imaging quality under radiologist supervision.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, develop and monitor treatment plans including psychotropic medications, conduct interviews and physical exams, document care, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, supervise staff, and provide training and emergency consultations.

Provide compassionate, evidence-based rheumatology patient care including history, exam, diagnosis, treatment, procedures, documentation, EHR use, care coordination and patient counseling. Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Supervise and improve revenue cycle operations including staff management, billing operations, denials management, payer path optimization, self-pay collections, KPI monitoring, documentation in PM/EHR, and special projects to maximize collections and patient experience.

Coordinate care for enrolled patients by assessing needs, creating individualized care plans, documenting in the EHR, educating patients, coordinating providers and services, making outreach calls, and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff to improve outcomes and reduce costs.

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound patient calls to schedule appointments, triage symptoms, escalate to clinicians as needed, complete patient registration in Allscripts, and route messages to appropriate clinic staff.

Provide direct patient care under provider supervision: prepare patients, take vitals, document in EHR, collect specimens, assist with procedures, manage supplies and logs, communicate with care team, handle phone/messages, and complete medication refills following clinic protocols.
