Supports recruitment and onboarding by reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, administering pre-employment tests and Live Scan fingerprinting, completing references, maintaining applicant tracking records and staffing reports, and placing hires at school sites. The role provides administrative support to hiring managers and regional teams, ensures compliance with documentation and background-check requirements, communicates candidate status, and helps meet recruitment KPIs and staffing needs.

Leads and mentors groups of students in a safe, nurturing after-school environment. Provides homework assistance, academic enrichment, physical activities, behavior support, and lesson implementation. Maintains student safety through attendance tracking, site upkeep, and child-safety procedures. Communicates student needs to school staff, parents, volunteers, and coordinators, participates in staff development, and commits to consistent attendance throughout the school year.

Assists with student attendance, check-in and sign-out, scheduling, records, data entry, payment tracking, materials, snacks, office duties, and site operations. Interacts with families, supervises students and staff when needed, supports classroom upkeep, maintains confidentiality, and assists with staff training and special projects.
