Leads and supports daily operations of an expanded learning program, including staff supervision, hiring support, scheduling, student recruitment, family and school communication, events, compliance documentation, safety, and staff development. The role assists the Site Coordinator, facilitates activities when needed, maintains accurate records, supports program evaluations, and ensures adherence to organizational policies and grant requirements.

Leads groups of school-age students in an in-person after-school setting, providing homework assistance, enrichment, physical activities, behavior management, mentorship, and safety supervision. Responsibilities include communicating student needs, supporting English learners, preparing snacks, maintaining clean facilities, tracking attendance, and participating in staff development.

Leads groups of school-age students in a safe, nurturing after-school environment. Provides homework assistance, academic enrichment, physical activities, behavior support, and engaging lessons. Maintains student safety through attendance tracking, site upkeep, and child safety procedures. Communicates student needs to families, educators, administrators, and volunteers, participates in staff development, and commits to reliable weekday attendance throughout the program year.
