Provides day-to-day HR support, including onboarding, employee data management, HRIS updates, transfers, promotions, terminations, payroll coordination, record maintenance, and employee guidance. The role audits HR and payroll information, supports compliance with California employment law, responds to employee and manager questions, maintains confidential records, and assists with HR programs, special projects, and process improvements.

Administers and optimizes Salesforce by configuring workflows, data structures, security, access controls, integrations, reports, and dashboards. Partners with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to implement scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, resolve system issues, evaluate new features, and improve user adoption. Provides training, documentation, and ongoing support while ensuring governance, privacy, and reliable system performance.

Conduct full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for part-time and full-time positions, including requisition preparation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, reference checks, and pre-onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, attend recruiting events, communicate with candidates, support equitable hiring practices, manage ATS processes, and meet recruitment KPIs.
