Provide technical support for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, web and email hosting, domains, cloud and VPS hosting, firewalls, and CCTV systems. Deploy, configure, train users, and support office systems and operations. Handle client requests by phone, email, and support tickets, troubleshoot issues efficiently, communicate in English, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Sell web, digital marketing, and cloud solutions to business customers. Manage online inquiries, qualify leads, develop opportunities, conduct meetings, support pre- and post-sales activities, and maintain the opportunity pipeline. Build customer relationships, secure repeat business, coordinate partner appointments, provide training, and occasionally work at client sites. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, organization, and independent working skills.

Manage accounting, billing, payments, taxation filings, renewals, payroll inputs, administration, client support, and account management. Responsibilities include GST, TDS, and professional tax compliance; filing and recordkeeping; attendance and leave coordination; responding to customer requests by phone, email, and support tickets; and supporting training, team development, and office operations.
