Manage online inquiries, qualify leads, develop opportunities, conduct meetings, support pre- and post-sales activities, and maintain the opportunity pipeline. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, organization, and independent working skills.

Manage accounting, billing, payments, taxation filings, renewals, payroll inputs, administration, client support, and account management. Responsibilities include GST, TDS, and professional tax compliance; filing and recordkeeping; attendance and leave coordination; responding to customer requests by phone, email, and support tickets; and supporting training, team development, and office operations.

Drive organic growth and search rankings through keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content creation, link building, and performance tracking. The role also focuses on AI search and GEO optimization using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The candidate will independently manage end-to-end SEO activities and analyze traffic, conversions, and search performance.
