Responsibilities include GST, TDS, and professional tax compliance; filing and recordkeeping; attendance and leave coordination; responding to customer requests by phone, email, and support tickets; and supporting training, team development, and office operations.

Drive organic growth and search rankings through keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content creation, link building, and performance tracking. The role also focuses on AI search and GEO optimization using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The candidate will independently manage end-to-end SEO activities and analyze traffic, conversions, and search performance.

Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, LinkedIn, and Amazon Advertising. Handle PPC, SEO, link building, SERP improvement, traffic generation, SMS and email marketing campaigns, and coordinate web design and development project delivery. Collaborate with developers and designers, respond to client requests, build client relationships, and provide campaign updates. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
