Manage and grow Think Academy's presence on Reddit, Quora, and other communities by researching conversations, writing helpful posts and answers, moderating a branded subreddit, building relationships, tracking content performance, and identifying new community growth opportunities with tailored engagement strategies.

Oversee front desk operations and student services team, handle parent and student escalations, manage check-in/attendance and records, train and schedule staff, support enrollment and retention, prepare reports, and assist with campus events. On-site in Cupertino, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday and Saturday required.

Support day-to-day operations across multiple Bay Area learning centers, coordinate with center managers, assist with meetings and projects, provide in-person launch/event support, and help improve cross-center communication and processes as the company grows.
