Designs and optimizes open-pit drill and blast patterns, load sheets, tie-up plans, and mine plans. Integrates geotechnical data, conducts pit inspections and drill/load QA/QC, monitors blasting operations and safety compliance, and coordinates contractors and stakeholders. Manages budgets, reconciliations, invoices, accruals, and month-end reporting using Infomine and Power BI. Requires mining engineering expertise, regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and field-based operational coordination.
