Welcomes guests, colleagues, contractors, and deliveries; manages reception access, visitor sign-in, appointments, directions, communications, and administrative records. Maintains a clean, organized reception area, coordinates with security, issues temporary access cards, supports VIP visits, handles documents and deliveries, and oversees reception supplies. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, time management, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving, and IT skills.

Own UK ecommerce trade planning, budgeting, forecasting, campaign execution, KPI monitoring, and performance analysis. The role coordinates buying, marketing, merchandising, retail media, and creative teams to deliver revenue and gross profit targets. It also involves presenting insights, setting targets, managing workloads, onboarding and training new starters, delegating effectively, and developing team members while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Supports day-to-day ecommerce trading for MP Activewear by coordinating product launches, campaigns, and go-live checks; maintaining onsite merchandising, navigation, product availability, and landing pages; monitoring competitors and customer behavior; supporting regional trading activity; analyzing sales and digital performance; and collaborating with product, buying, merchandising, marketing, brand, and customer service teams.
