Acts as brand guardian, translating consumer and market insights into differentiated positioning, compelling storytelling, and measurable activation. Partners with product, creative, digital, CRM, social, PR, commercial, retail, finance, and operations teams while managing budgets, agencies, cross-functional priorities, and brand performance.

Drive profitable growth for ESPA’s professional spa business across the Americas by managing luxury spa, hotel, resort, and wellness accounts; acquiring new business; developing commercial plans; analyzing performance; coordinating training and product launches; maintaining CRM pipelines and forecasts; and representing the brand at industry events. The role requires frequent regional travel, strong relationship management, sales, presentation, negotiation, and spa-industry knowledge.

Manage and grow Myprotein’s German influencer programme, including talent sourcing, creator relationships, campaign planning, content approvals, performance reporting, budget tracking, payments, and cross-functional execution. The role develops German-market influencer strategy, monitors engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, supports events and campaigns, and identifies emerging social platforms and fitness trends.
