Provides HR shared services administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, personnel records, probation and leaver processes, contract changes, HRIS updates, payroll data, and organizational reporting lines. Advises managers and employees on HR procedures, ensures documentation and approvals are accurate, supports international stakeholders, and maintains compliance with internal and legal requirements.

Coordinates EU and ROI inbound supply chain operations for beauty products, managing supplier deliveries, consolidation models, warehouse transfers, trailer planning, freight invoice validation, and performance reporting. The role works closely with suppliers, 3PLs, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery issues, support order management, reconcile charges, and maintain service-level targets while prioritizing high volumes of daily and weekly planning tasks.

Develop and execute MP Activewear’s global influencer and creator strategy. Identify and manage talent, negotiate partnerships, lead campaigns, oversee product seeding and community activations, and collaborate with brand, social, paid social, ecommerce, and regional teams. Track reach, engagement, revenue, customer acquisition, CPA, cost of sale, and ROI, presenting insights and recommendations to optimize creator investment and commercial performance.
