The role coordinates buying, marketing, merchandising, retail media, and creative teams to deliver revenue and gross profit targets. It also involves presenting insights, setting targets, managing workloads, onboarding and training new starters, delegating effectively, and developing team members while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Supports day-to-day ecommerce trading for MP Activewear by coordinating product launches, campaigns, and go-live checks; maintaining onsite merchandising, navigation, product availability, and landing pages; monitoring competitors and customer behavior; supporting regional trading activity; analyzing sales and digital performance; and collaborating with product, buying, merchandising, marketing, brand, and customer service teams.
