Support SEO and GEO strategies for multiple brands through keyword research, content gap and SERP analysis, technical SEO audits, content optimisation, performance reporting, and site migration support. Collaborate with Paid Media, eCommerce, Content, project teams, and external clients to improve organic visibility, traffic, and revenue. Monitor search algorithm updates, competitors, and AI-driven search trends while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Deliver day-to-day direct-to-consumer ecommerce activity across client accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, creating reports, managing Shopify and THG Ingenuity site updates, supporting promotions and A/B testing, building and QAing email campaigns in THG Personify, managing audience segmentation, and resolving client tickets. The role requires commercial awareness, analytical confidence, attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced managed services environment.

Supports HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, probation monitoring, leavers, contracts, correspondence, HR system updates, payroll preparation, and employee queries. The apprentice will develop practical knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, payroll, confidentiality, compliance, and international stakeholder collaboration while completing an HR apprenticeship.
