Teams at THG Ingenuity

Manage end-to-end Value Added Services (VAS) for the Google fulfilment account at Omega site, translating SOPs into warehouse processes, trialling and training teams, planning resourcing, owning QA for VAS activities (including quarantine and shipback), coordinating cross-border returns and documentation, and acting as day-to-day operational contact while maintaining billing documentation and flagging risks.

Manage and deliver CRM email campaigns across client brands, monitor performance, coordinate communications and testing, produce reports and insights, and mentor the Email Executive team to optimise lifecycle retention.

Coordinate daily inbound and outbound transport between THG, Google and 3PL carriers. Serve as primary contact for B2B/B2C operations, ensure documentation accuracy, monitor capacity and compliance, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support process improvements.
