Leads commercial finance review, client onboarding, contract governance, billing implementation, and financial process automation. Partners with Commercial, Solutions, Operations, Data, and Finance teams to assess profitability, translate contract terms into scalable systems, improve billing accuracy, and support pricing and margin decisions. Manages and develops a four-person finance team covering revenue accounting, client profitability, inventory finance, forecasting, and fixed-cost management.

Support financial performance across fulfilment operations through forecasting, budgeting, operational costing, variance analysis, reporting, pricing models, and business partnering. The role works with site, operations, commercial, and implementation teams to assess profitability, support client onboarding, improve financial controls, and optimize reporting and finance processes.

Leads ecommerce trading, inventory, merchandising, and multi-channel marketing strategy across client accounts. Owns revenue, margin, stock health, product lifecycle, promotional performance, customer insight, and acquisition efficiency. Partners with buying, finance, merchandising, marketing, and operations leaders to align commercial priorities. Manages senior client relationships, cross-functional initiatives, and a team of ecommerce professionals while driving data-led growth, sell-through, profitability, and customer experience improvements.
