Oversee daily rooftop operations including food & beverage, entertainment, guest experience, and staff leadership. Ensure service standards, compliance with safety and liquor laws, support events/promotions, conduct training, and maintain visible floor presence during peak periods.

Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to deliver Hilton brand standards and exceptional guest experiences. Oversee budgets, labor forecasting, PMS integrity, quality assurance, and cross-department coordination. Drive guest satisfaction, revenue performance, team development, compliance, and operational efficiency at a high-volume urban hotel.

Lead daily Front Office and Guest Services operations, supervise and develop staff, ensure exceptional guest service and Hilton standards, manage financial controls and cash handling, resolve guest issues, coordinate with departments, and support operational improvements and staffing needs.
