Manages daily office operations, including phones, visitors, mail, supplies, equipment, shipping and receiving, vendors, conference rooms, lunches, and administrative support for engineers and management. Maintains quality procedures, runs reports through Foundation, supports finance and special projects, coordinates new-hire setups, and trains interns. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and First Aid/CPR certification within three months.

Designs and delivers complex control-system solutions across BMS, PMS, SCADA, EPMS, and OT environments. Reviews bids and technical documentation, identifies scope gaps and risks, leads IFC design reviews, develops PLC and controls software, supports system integration, troubleshooting, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and technical submittals. Collaborates with Sales, Design, PMO, and Integration teams while improving engineering standards, quality processes, and project delivery.

Leads and independently delivers complex control system integration projects, including design, instrumentation specifications, HMI and PLC applications, IT and network infrastructure, commissioning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication. Mentors team members, oversees project-site personnel when needed, ensures quality and customer satisfaction, and may participate in on-call rotations and overnight travel up to 50%.
