Support delivery of automation and control system projects from execution through commissioning and closeout. Assist with schedules, budgets, risk and change management, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project records, and support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.

Leads delivery performance across a portfolio of complex industrial control systems projects, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, cost, margins, risk, contracts, and customer satisfaction. Manages and develops Project Managers, serves as an executive escalation point, reviews forecasts and financial projections, supports staffing and business development, maintains senior customer relationships, and drives project governance, operational improvement, and quality and safety standards.

Lead control systems engineering tasks including hardware/software design, integration, testing, FATs, installation support, commissioning, and customer communication. Read P&IDs/wiring, specify instrumentation, apply QMS, and understand IT/network implications for control system integration. Provide project leadership for small to mid-sized projects.
