Manages defined pharmaceutical customer relationships, supports account strategy, identifies business opportunities, coordinates internal and supplier resources, and contributes to revenue growth. Travel up to 70% within the assigned territory is required.

Supports and enhances validated and non-validated Oracle Cloud PLM and Agile PLM production systems. Resolves access, incidents, and change requests; designs and implements PLM and master data solutions; supports integrations, troubleshooting, testing, deployments, and release management. The role requires expertise in Oracle PLM modules, Application Composer, OTBI, OIC, regulatory compliance, L2/L3 support, and life sciences business processes.

Lead complex enterprise-wide IT projects and programs using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and traditional methodologies. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, and distributed teams while partnering with business and technical stakeholders. Deliver strategic technology solutions in regulated environments and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Apply financial acumen, change management, issue resolution, and strong communication skills to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
