Automate delivery with PowerShell and Python, improve reliability through validation and rollback, troubleshoot build and deployment failures, support releases and on-call operations, and ensure security, HIPAA, and operational compliance.

Improve reliability, availability, scalability, observability, and operational automation for a 24/7 SaaS platform. The engineer will design and operate cloud-based systems, define SLIs and SLOs, manage Datadog observability, lead incident response, investigate distributed production issues, improve deployment safety and resilience, automate operational toil, manage infrastructure as code, and provide on-call technical support while maintaining security and HIPAA compliance.
