Lead end-to-end development of secure, scalable web applications and data solutions supporting clinical trial operations. Design frontend and backend components using C#/.NET, Angular, AWS, and relational or non-relational databases. Guide architecture, testing, deployment, CI/CD, security, cloud optimization, and regulatory compliance. Mentor developers, oversee technical delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead migration and modernization of on-premises applications to AWS.

Build and improve AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform-managed environments, and containerized applications on ECS Fargate. Lead architecture and deployment reviews, automate reliable application delivery, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement monitoring, logging, security, and compliance controls. Collaborate with application, IT, business, and vendor teams while modernizing legacy applications and developing platform engineering capabilities.

Supports business, system, and data analysis while managing IT projects from concept through implementation. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, data review, system change assessment, issue resolution, documentation, testing and validation coordination, risk and schedule management, and stakeholder communication. The role requires balancing technical analysis with project execution across cross-functional teams in a clinical research technology environment.
