Teams at Theradex Oncology

Manage global Phase I–III oncology clinical trials from feasibility through closeout. Lead study teams, oversee enrollment and retention, manage risks, quality, CAPA plans, TMF documentation, audits, timelines, budgets, invoices, and change orders. Serve as the primary liaison among sponsors, vendors, investigators, and cross-functional teams while ensuring ICH/GCP compliance, inspection readiness, and successful trial execution.

Supports US clinical site contracting and budgeting for oncology clinical trials. Prepares, reviews, negotiates, executes, and tracks clinical trial agreements, investigator budgets, amendments, and confidentiality agreements. Reviews financial and legal consent-form language, maintains contract records and status metrics, prepares reports, supports proposals and change orders, and collaborates with clinical sites, sponsors, and internal teams while following sponsor guidelines, fair-market-value standards, ICH GCP, and relevant SOPs.

Lead end-to-end development of secure, scalable web applications and data solutions supporting clinical trial operations. Design frontend and backend components using C#/.NET, Angular, AWS, and relational or non-relational databases. Guide architecture, testing, deployment, CI/CD, security, cloud optimization, and regulatory compliance. Mentor developers, oversee technical delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead migration and modernization of on-premises applications to AWS.
