Lead and manage the facilitys employee education program for long-term care. Develop and deliver training, onboard staff, maintain training records, ensure regulatory compliance, and track timely renewal of nurse licenses, QMA and CNA certifications. Provide BNA and QMA classes and coach staff to maintain resident care standards.

Provide direct nursing care as an RN or LPN on 12-hour shifts, follow comprehensive care plans, administer medications, document care, supervise direct care personnel, assist Unit Manager, and ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulations. Must be licensed in Indiana and complete pre-employment screening.

Provide timely meal delivery and nourishment to residents, follow sanitation and infection-control procedures, assist in maintaining dining areas, attend required trainings/inservices, and ensure residents have a safe, pleasant dining experience.
