Provides nursing care to patients during assigned shifts, follows comprehensive care plans, documents patient records, administers medications and treatments, and supervises direct resident care personnel. Requires an Indiana nursing license, clinical knowledge, professional conduct, leadership ability, and competence in resident care policies and procedures.

Assist with timely delivery of meals and nourishments to residents, maintain sanitation and safety standards, follow facility policies, support dining experiences, and help maintain the work area. The role requires teamwork, professional conduct, reliable attendance, adherence to hygiene and infection-control procedures, and completion of required training and inservices.
