Lead high-volume seasonal recruiting for 400+ roles: full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, ATS management, international (H-2B/J-1) hiring coordination, onboarding, housing coordination, recruiting metrics, and employer branding. Represents TRMF at recruiting events and recommends process improvements.

Maintains financial records, prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, journal entries, tax reports, and month-end closings. Reconciles bank accounts, invoices, fixed assets, and accounting records; supports audits and the Controller. Oversees accounting interns and staff, coordinates POS and accounting systems, manages reporting and variances, and assists with software improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least three years of experience, and seasonal evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
