Own day-to-day office operations to ensure equipment, meeting rooms, connectivity, visitor experience, and onboarding run smoothly. Support the CEO with diary, travel, inbox triage, and long-range planning. Coordinate leadership visits, employee events, and off-sites; proactively resolve issues and improve the office environment. Requires strong organization, discretion, event/project ownership, and prior EA/office-management experience. On-site in London five days per week.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications using C#/.NET backend and React frontend. Work in a serverless cloud environment, collaborate on client projects, manage stakeholders, and continuously improve code quality within a hybrid Cape Town team.
