Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots user-facing websites and web applications. Gathers requirements, selects appropriate web technologies, integrates components, creates intuitive interfaces, maintains technical documentation and configuration management, and supports website deployment and upgrades. Works with software development leads, management, and information technologists to deliver secure, high-performance web solutions.

Develops training course content by gathering source materials, determining appropriate proficiency testing, and reviewing storyboards for accuracy and completeness. Requires four years of experience in the relevant training content area, such as CNO operations, training development or instruction, mentoring, or technical leadership. The role supports clients in central Maryland and requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Designs, implements, secures, monitors, and maintains complex LAN and WAN networks. Configures routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, tunneling, encryption, and network monitoring systems. Troubleshoots complex network issues, optimizes performance and dataflow, maintains documentation and accreditations, supports DoD and intelligence-community requirements, and provides technical guidance to junior engineers. Requires extensive network engineering experience, Linux proficiency, certifications, and TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
