Build institutional relationships, design mutually valuable programs, manage conference and advocacy initiatives, track results, allocate budget, and optimize investment. Partner with lifecycle marketing to retain new physician members while representing Mednet at conferences, society meetings, and campus visits.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will oversee physician engagement through multi-channel campaigns, strategy development, and performance metrics analysis to enhance user experience and retention.

Lead and scale a 7-person engineering organization, set technical roadmap and QA standards, drive execution and cross-functional collaboration, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on while applying AI, retrieval, and personalization techniques to evolve the web and mobile platform.
