Lead top-of-funnel growth for a physician-only community: discover and acquire physicians, run high-velocity experiments across channels and messaging, build acquisition campaigns and email segmentation, partner with product and lifecycle for onboarding, and measure funnel performance and attribution to optimize cost, conversion, and quality of new members.

Lead end-to-end UX design for Mednet products: research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and engineering handoff. Build and maintain a design system, run user research and usability testing with clinicians, ensure accessibility and clinical safety, collaborate cross-functionally, and help recruit and mentor the growing design team.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will oversee physician engagement through multi-channel campaigns, strategy development, and performance metrics analysis to enhance user experience and retention.
