Lead the product roadmap for Zero Gap Renters Insurance, turning early customer learning into scalable features. Partner with engineering, design, insurance, compliance, operations, and GTM teams to improve adoption, compliance, retention, operational efficiency, and profitability while defining metrics and driving data-informed decisions.

Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, own ad hoc reporting, and use dbt to transform warehouse data. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data consistency, document data definitions, and support data-driven decisions in a fintech and insurance environment.

Build, deploy, and maintain reliable data infrastructure, including ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality processes, warehouses, automation, orchestration, and lightweight data applications. Optimize data stack performance, document pipelines, and collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders. Curate datasets supporting operational models, feature stores, and AI/ML workflows while continuously learning data engineering best practices.
