Manage and scale HubSpot email marketing operations, including audience segmentation, reusable templates, custom HubL modules, workflows, lifecycle systems, reporting, testing, and deliverability optimization. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into maintainable, personalized email programs. Maintain documentation, debug rendering and data issues, migrate legacy emails, define KPIs, and drive data-backed experimentation to improve engagement and business outcomes.

Manage the performance of an underwriting operations team, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, talent development, performance improvement plans, and initiative prioritization. Coordinate with Underwriting Operations, oversee trainers, and ensure team members remain current on company programs. The role permits telecommuting and requires fluency in Mandarin, a master’s degree in enterprise risk management or finance, and graduate coursework in insurance and operational risk management.

Communicate with renters, landlords, and brokers by phone and email; manage a deal pipeline, proactively follow up to advance deals and revenue, resolve customer issues, and collect engagement data to improve the customer experience.
