Lead and develop the Customer Product Success team, coach trainers and team leaders, and drive restaurant-partner adoption of TheFork Manager. Define training strategy, improve operational performance, monitor KPIs, and translate partner feedback into product and process improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales Operations across international markets.

Analyzes marketplace and commercial performance, creating reports, dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations. Collaborates with cross-functional and B2B teams to align analytics with business goals.

Prospect restaurants by phone, qualify leads, understand business needs, present tailored TheFork Manager software demonstrations, and close new business opportunities. The role requires meeting individual and regional sales quotas while working independently and collaboratively. Success depends on proactive prospecting, negotiation, communication, customer orientation, CRM familiarity, and a results-driven approach.
