Supports TheFork’s Italian Brand team with brand, social media, PR, influencer, content, and event initiatives. Responsibilities include copywriting, campaign support, short-form video creation, presentations, event coordination, trend monitoring, and tracking PR and social media results. The role requires strong Italian writing, English proficiency, creativity, organization, and familiarity with digital and social media platforms.

Own and scale partnership operations, manage existing partner relationships, identify and onboard new partners, negotiate commercial agreements, monitor performance, and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

Generate new restaurant business through cold calling and inbound lead management. Conduct consultative sales, demonstrate platform value, manage the full pipeline from prospecting through closing and launch, and collaborate with onboarding and marketing teams. Maintain accurate CRM records, meet sales targets, handle objections, and share UK market insights. The role requires strong communication, resilience, commercial judgment, and approximately 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
