Provides patient-centered clinical support under physician, advanced practice clinician, RN, or nurse leader supervision. Rooms patients, records vital signs, completes medication reconciliation, supports examinations, documents provider visits, assists with tests and procedures, processes orders, reinforces patient education, discharges patients, and participates in preventive screening and chronic disease monitoring. Floats between specialty and primary care locations while maintaining safe, compassionate, evidence-based care.
