Teams at Theatre Under The Stars Inc.

Lead annual giving strategy and campaigns for gifts under $1,500, managing a ~7,000-donor portfolio. Oversee end-to-end campaign project management, vendor coordination, audience segmentation, and multichannel communications (direct mail, email, text). Write donor-facing materials, analyze donor metrics in Tessitura, and implement retention/upgrade strategies. Serve as liaison and membership manager for the Inclusive Arts Society, attend stewardship events, and collaborate across departments to grow membership and revenue.

Manage foundation and government grant fundraising: research prospects, write proposals and reports, track deadlines and compliance, coordinate budgets with Finance, maintain grant calendar, steward funder relationships, and support organizational fundraising strategy.

Manage operations and strategic initiatives for TUTS Education programs: oversee logistics, scholarship and grants administration, CRM/data integrity, vendor and volunteer coordination, facility liaison duties, and process documentation to improve efficiency, access, and participant experience.
