Develop, validate, and deploy real-time plasma control algorithms and state estimation for a stellarator. Build AI/ML-assisted controllers, anomaly detection, and digital twins; maintain data pipelines, simulations, and integrate code into low-latency control stacks for experimental operation.

Lead strategy, design, deployment, and operation of plasma diagnostics for a planar-coil stellarator. Build and manage a multidisciplinary diagnostics team, define measurement roadmaps, integrate diagnostics with real-time controls and AI digital twins, and coordinate partnerships with national labs to validate physics models and enable machine protection.

Contract Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing and engaging passive engineering and scientific talent, building scalable sourcing infrastructure, delivering high-touch candidate experiences, partnering with the VP of People and hiring managers, managing high-volume technical searches, and representing Thea Energy to senior, specialized candidates.
