Drive YMCA membership growth through relationship-building, community outreach, networking, facility tours, lead follow-up, and partnership development. Support membership retention, events, open houses, and member engagement initiatives while connecting individuals to programs and services. Collaborate with branch leadership and program teams, represent the YMCA in community activities, and promote an inclusive, welcoming environment. The role requires strong communication, sales, customer service, and leadership skills, with evening and weekend flexibility.

Leads membership growth, retention, engagement, tours, and onboarding while fostering an inclusive member experience. Recruits, develops, and inspires the membership team; monitors trends, uses data to improve results, collaborates with branch leadership, and strengthens community relationships. Requires flexibility for evening and weekend work.

Leads research, development, submission, and renewal of government, foundation, corporate, and institutional grant proposals. Translates program impact, community needs, partnerships, budgets, and outcomes into compelling funding narratives. Builds the organization’s funding pipeline, coordinates with program, finance, and leadership teams, manages deadlines, and supports funder communications and reporting.
