Responsibilities include budget management, audience and keyword research, conversion tracking, attribution troubleshooting, campaign reporting, client strategy discussions, and mentoring junior marketers. The role requires hands-on expertise with advertising algorithms, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Merchant Center, Shopify, and performance analytics.

Edit reels and short-form branded videos from raw footage through final delivery. Collaborate with creative and production teams on concepts, storytelling, shoots, and asset organization. Add graphics, animations, transitions, sound, and effects; manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality visual standards.

Leads the design process for digital and print marketing materials, social media graphics, and brand assets. Develops creative concepts, maintains visual consistency, manages project pipelines, mentors junior designers, collaborates with marketing and product teams, presents to clients, oversees freelancers and vendors, and supports design recruitment.
