Provides customer service and clerical support at a recreation center. Duties include assisting visitors, answering phones, issuing permits, handling cash and registrations, enrolling patrons in programs, managing reservations, updating flyers, monitoring facility users, storing equipment, and completing opening and closing procedures. May support special events and recreation activities, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Leads enterprise application, GIS, AI, and integration initiatives for the Township. Designs, develops, configures, tests, and maintains applications, automations, reports, APIs, GIS tools, and workflows. Analyzes business requirements, troubleshoots systems, manages upgrades, evaluates vendors, and supports security and scalability. Provides project leadership, user training, documentation, management presentations, vendor coordination, and technical mentorship. Requires hands-on coding, GIS development, database, Microsoft platform, and responsible AI expertise.

Develops and supports enterprise GIS applications, web maps, dashboards, data models, ETL workflows, REST integrations, and automated geospatial processes. Administers ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, and SQL Server geodatabases; performs data analysis, quality assurance, testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Integrates GIS with asset management, permitting, and land management systems. Provides documentation, training, technical guidance, metadata, property research, and emergency operations support while leveraging AI tools for development and automation.
